Please note that as this is a test environment no automations have been set up. In a LIVE environment the AI would be able to take contact information and send the relevant information via email or text. For example it could email you wedding package information or it could text directions to your vineyard.

Information is easily updated via this Google Doc - After making any edits there is a simple process to update the AI. In the meantime, in this test environment, if you make any changes let me know and I will update the AI with your new information.

Using the same information the AI can automatically respond to texts, Facebook messages and web chats as demoed here.
